Rosie Dalling speaks in Paris on leadership, uncertainty and storytelling

Rosie recently spoke in Paris at the Next Level Leaders event, delivering a keynote on Why Uncertainty Is Your Superpower — aboard a boat travelling down the River Seine.

The keynote explored how confident leaders do not wait for certainty, but learn to lead with clarity, steadiness and trust when the path ahead is still unfolding.

Alongside the keynote, Rosie designed and hosted a storytelling experience that created space for others in the room to share their own leadership stories — moments of courage, doubt and resilience that are rarely voiced in formal leadership settings.

One of the most powerful contributions came from Tracy Birdsell, Head of Merchant Services International at JPMorgan Chase, who shared an emotional and deeply human story with the audience.
