VISION AND VALUES
Every extraordinary thing you've ever experienced: a building, a business, a film, a movement, started as a figment of someone's imagination.
The people who change the world have something even more than drive: They have a vision.
"A vision is a contract with your future self. Once it's written down, it stops being a vague idea or a distant fantasy. It becomes something you're actively moving toward."
You're high performing. You're busy. Your to-do list gets tackled. Your targets get hit. You're probably better at executing than most people you know.
Now are you happy with having a great career or do you want to change things.
The difference between those who do isn't talent, or work ethic, or luck.
It's vision. A real, written, declared picture of what success looks like across every area of your life. Something you come back to when the noise gets loud. Something that tells you which opportunities to take and which to leave. Something that makes your actions feel like they're building towards something, not just ticking along.
This workshop gives you the time, the space, and the guidance to write yours, or come back to it with fresh eyes.
· You're achieving a lot. You want it to mean something.
· You're making big bets this year. You want to make sure they're the right ones.
· You know what you want. You've just never stopped long enough to declare it.
· Or you have a vision. And it's time to get it back on track.
Why vision changes everything
Vision gives you direction. When things get hard (and they will) you need to know exactly where you're going. Leaders who stay focused through setbacks know how to get back on track. And how to bring others with them.
Values guide your choices. Opportunity will knock constantly. Being clear on your top three values means you focus on what's actually important — not just what's urgent.
Alignment drives impact. The most successful people aren't just hitting targets. They're building something that feels like theirs. That starts with knowing what you stand for.
What you'll leave with:
· A written, declared vision of success across every area of your life
· Specific work wins you're committed to achieving in the next year
· A commitment to taking care of your wellbeing so you can enjoy your success and not burn out
· Your top three values, named, and what they look like in action
· A power perspective: one word or phrase that brings you back when things get hard
· Concrete steps to set the ball rolling. Today.
Five things we know about writing a great vision
1. write in the past or present tense. You're writing a new version of your life into being. Write as if it's already happening. By doing this, your brain is living that reality it just needs to catch up.
2. Be ambitious AND realistic. What excites you and gives you butterflies at the same time? That's the sweet spot where ambition meets achievable.
3. Don't ask how. How gets in the way of your creativity. It’s the enemy of the why. Nothing great was every created by asking ‘how’ until the vision was complete.
4. Less is more. Your vision helps you focus on what's important versus what just feels urgent. Ruthlessly prioritise what matters most and let everything else fall away.
5. Dig into the why. Who will benefit? And what's the cost if you don't take action?
Who this is for:
High performers. Writing your vision for the first time or revisiting. And you're ready to stop reacting and start building: intentionally, ambitiously, on your own terms.

our programs
-
Throughout business, sport, the arts - great leaders have one defining attribute: a crystal-clear vision of what they seek to accomplish.
It’s this clarity and strength of purpose that carries them through the inevitable setbacks that will impact anyone who wants to achieve something worthwhile.
Most of us go through life without ever defining our vision.
The differentiating factor between a leader with vision and the rest of us mere mortals, is that they have the confidence to commit to one single path and imagine a future into being.
In this session you will identify what’s most important to you and develop your vision of success in all areas of your life.
-
When you’ve reached a position of leadership, chances are you’re a thoughtful, conscientious and emotionally intelligent, person.
These are all vital leadership assets.
But there comes a point when these qualities need to be accompanied by assertive, assured delivery.
Clarity of purpose is not well advanced by ‘wishy-washy’ and submissive communication.
In this module you will learn the key communication skills to empower yourself and others.
-
How do you get to where you want to go?
Without a clear and detailed plan, a dream is just a wish.
In this session, you will follow a tried and tested process to turn your ambitious vision into a viable and consistently achievable action plan.
It’s only when you see this on paper that you will truly identify and recognise what’s possible.
-
When you fail (which you inevitably will) you have two choices:
1.Failure can either be a dead weight that drags you down and saps your motivation.
2.It can give you a boost.
In this session we look at failure through a new lens and learn how it can help you see new possibilities, course correct and fly again.
